This intimate Florida elopement at the Windsor Club and Vero Beach Hotel blended timeless elegance with coastal charm. Discover inspiration for your luxury beach wedding in Vero Beach.
Luxury on the Shores of Vero Beach
There’s something beautifully intentional about an intimate elopement. This day—set against the breezy shoreline of Vero Beach—felt like a quiet kind of luxury. The Windsor Club’s old-world charm and the oceanfront elegance of the Vero Beach Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for a celebration that was both stylish and soul-filled.
The couple envisioned a day rooted in timeless design, warm details, and meaningful connection—and every moment delivered just that.
The Venue: Vero Beach Hotel & The Windsor Club
The day began at the The Windsor Club— A private seaside enclave with British West Indies-inspired architecture and an air of timeless sophistication. Its lush courtyards and stately interiors offered a peaceful, elevated space for portraits and a private dinner.
Later, the couple moved to the The Vero Beach Hotel, known for its clean lines, beachfront views, and refined coastal atmosphere. With soft ocean breezes and golden light, it created a calm and luxurious space for exchanging vows and hosting an intimate reception with family and friends.
Styling That Tells a Story
The overall styling drew from classic East Coast elegance—neutral tones, natural textures, and heirloom-inspired accents. The bride wore a sleek, tailored gown with minimal embellishment, her look completed with soft waves and a natural makeup palette. The groom chose a classic navy suit paired with loafers—simple, timeless, and polished.
The floral design featured soft pinks, peach, and subtle pops of greens—arranged loosely to feel freshly gathered rather than overly styled. Elegant yet simple table scapes like classic glassware, and candles added warmth to the reception.
The Power of Small Moments
With no rigid timeline or large guest list, the couple moved through the day with ease—sharing vows by the ocean, savoring a private champagne toast, and dancing together under the stars.
These are the moments we love to document most. The unplanned laughter. The quiet looks. The feeling that time slows down when you’re fully present with the one you love.
