Your guide to choosing an incredible venue all throughout Florida’s East Coast
Planning a Florida wedding? If you’re dreaming of warm ocean breezes, palm-lined backdrops, and timeless elegance, Florida’s East Coast offers some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the state. From historic estates to beachfront resorts, there’s something for every couple.
As a Florida-based wedding photographer, I’ve had the honor of capturing weddings at some of these incredible spots—and I’m always exploring more! Whether you’re newly engaged or just searching for the perfect venue, here are some top wedding venues on Florida’s East Coast that offer both beauty and unforgettable photo opportunities.
1. The Reefhouse Resort – Key Largo, FL
A tropical paradise tucked away in the Upper Keys, The Reefhouse offers beach ceremonies, swaying palms, and crystal-clear ocean views. It’s a top pick for destination-style weddings without leaving Florida.
Why I love it: You get the full island-wedding experience—turquoise waters, breezy palms, and golden sunsets—all within reach. Plus, it’s relaxed yet luxurious.
2. The Addison – Boca Raton, FL
If you’re drawn to Old World charm and dramatic architecture, The Addison is a showstopper. With its grand banyan trees, romantic courtyard, and Mediterranean-style architecture, it’s a dream for elegant weddings.
Why I love it: The golden light peeking through those ancient banyan trees? Pure magic. Every corner is photo-worthy, and the architecture brings a timeless feel to your wedding gallery
3. The Crane Club at Tesoro – Port St. Lucie, FL
A hidden gem with a luxurious clubhouse, lush gardens, and views of the St. Lucie River. The Crane Club offers a perfect mix of classic and coastal.
Photographer’s tip: The waterfront ceremony space gives you those dreamy tropical vibes without the sand—perfect for couples who want a polished look with a hint of paradise.
4. Pelican Club – Jupiter, FL
Located along the Jupiter Inlet with breathtaking views of the iconic lighthouse, the Pelican Club is modern, coastal, and absolutely elegant. It blends South Florida charm with a sophisticated design that feels like classical luxury.
Why I love it: The waterfront view of the lighthouse at golden hour is next-level romantic. The interior has clean lines, neutral tones, and huge windows—basically a photographer’s dream.
5. Tree House Vero Beach – Vero Beach, FL
One of the newer and most unique wedding venues on the East Coast, Tree House Vero Beach blends a bohemian architecture with tropical greenery. Nestled under a canopy of trees and surrounded by lush foliage, it’s a magical space for couples who love nature, style, and a little bit of whimsy.
Perfect for: Nature lovers, modern minimalists, and anyone who wants their wedding to feel like an upscale jungle retreat.
6. The Treasury on the Plaza – St. Augustine, FL
Originally a 1920s bank, The Treasury on the Plaza is one of St. Augustine’s most iconic venues. It offers dramatic architecture, vaulted ceilings, and a unique blend of historic and modern touches.
Ideal for: Couples who want a luxe, city-chic feel in a location rich with history and charm.
7. Windsor Clubhouse – Vero Beach, FL
Located within the exclusive Windsor community, this venue offers timeless elegance, manicured gardens, and coastal charm in a private, upscale setting.
Why I love it: Everything feels intentional here—elegant architecture, soft colors, and beautifully kept grounds. It’s ideal for couples who want classic beauty with a modern touch.
8. The White Room – St. Augustine, FL
Located on the Matanzas River, The White Room is one of St. Augustine’s most-loved wedding venues. With rooftop ceremony options, whitewashed interiors, and waterfront views, it’s timeless and effortlessly beautiful.
Photographer’s dream: Clean lines, beautiful lighting, and incredible golden hour views make this venue picture-perfect.
9. Casa Monica Resort & Spa – St. Augustine, FL
For a wedding that feels both grand and intimate, Casa Monica offers European-style architecture, bold colors, and historic flair. It’s perfect for a sophisticated couple looking for a one-of-a-kind venue in Florida’s oldest city.
Why I love it: The details here are exquisite. From the arched hallways to the ornate ceilings, every space feels grand—and makes your wedding day feel like a royal affair.
10. Sunday – St. Augustine, FL
A charming and design-forward space in the heart of historic downtown, Sunday is perfect for intimate weddings and modern, minimalist celebrations. It blends natural tones, clean design, and thoughtful details in a cozy, inspiring setting.
